Brunel is seeking to appoint a Head of Development & Alumni Engagement to lead fundraising activity and foster alumni relations for the University. The successful candidate will lead a team of six, working to expand a growing network of support comprising alumni, influential individuals, corporates, trusts and foundations, and will be tasked with generating significant development income to create transformative opportunities for students.

Our global alumni community exceeds 170,000, and the Head of Development & Alumni Engagement will be responsible for increasing engagement with this diverse community of graduates and deliver new ways for alumni to support one another and inspire current students.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious leader with excellent interpersonal skills. The role will liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, and the post-holder will need to be able to connect with people from a range of backgrounds and champion diversity within our community.
