Salary: Grade 5 from: £29,150 to £33,013 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £34,804 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting, through sustained exceptional contribution (pro-rata).

Brunel is looking to hire a Finance & Insurance Administrator to:
• Manage the administration of Insurance activities on behalf of the University:
o To assist in the provision of information required for insurance programme renewal.
o To be the first point of contact for internal insurance queries.
o Ensure that claims investigators are put in touch with the appropriate member of staff in a timely fashion.
• Support Finance leadership and wider team with administrative support, e.g. organizing meetings and travel.
• Raise requisitions and liaise with Accounts Payable, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure timely purchase-to-pay and delivery of purchases for the Finance team.
• Provide diary support for Finance leadership.
• Support and engender a friendly, inclusive culture in the Finance team and across the organisation.
We are looking for a motivated individual to come in and learn about the organisation and the role. A friendly, can-do, adaptable attitude is crucial. This is a new role and there is scope for a driven person to grow into and shape the role.
